Spiaggia – Chicago Located in the One Magnificent Mile building, this Michelin-starred restaurant has stunning views of Michigan Avenue and the lake. Spiaggia’s sophisticated Italian cuisine is equally impressive, as well as its 700 bottles wine list. Among the menu, highlights are a Golden Osetra caviar and burrata appetizer, black truffle gnocchi with ricotta, polenta with a venison sausage ragù, a pheasant and lentil dish and a classic Fiorentina steak.
