BARTENDER/CHEF
A bartender fee of 85.00 is applied if a 400 minimum per bar is not obtained.
All cash bars are charged 85.00 per bartender and 85.00 per cashier.
A fee of 85.00 is charged for each chef preparing food at a station during an event.

COAT CHECK
A $50.00 coat check fee will be charged for all events prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Events of 50-75 guests will be charged a 75.00 fee. Over 75 guests the fee is 1.00 per person.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
Breakfast or Lunch Food and Beverages Minimum 1,000 per room.
A Food and Beverage minimum of 1,500 per room will apply for evening events. Saturday nights and Buyouts require a 12,000 Food and Beverage minimum. These amounts do not include 11.5% tax and 20% gratuity.
ROOM RENTAL
Room Rentals vary between 250 and 500 per day dependant on room size and dates.
